How to order product on this site
First of all
you need to go to our on-line shopping part of the web site here.
Products
are then ordered by adding them to the shopping cart, going through
the 'checkout' process and by phoning or faxing through your credit
card information, by mailing a cheque, or direct credit into our
bank account. Please note that for all orders in value of up to
$75 you will need to include an additional $5 for postage within
New Zealand in your payment. For orders between $76 and $300 dollars
in value postage for any where in New Zealand is $10.For orders
over $300 please email or telephone us for a postage quote.
If
you wish to pay using direct credit proceed as if paying buy check
or money order, complete checkout, and then arrange your payment
through your own banking facility. If you are paying buy direct
credit, our bank account number is 03-0123-0319759-00. Ensure
that you provide your Surname in the "payee details"
when setting up your direct credit. A convenient faxable page
containing the cost etc can also be printed at at the end of the
'Checkout' process. Your order can also be easily printed out
for mailing if send a check or mail order.
We
currently do not cater for entering credit card details online
on this website, although we are planning to add this feature
in the future. Confirming the order on this website will register
the products with us, however they will not be dispatched until
credit card details are received by fax or phone, or until payment,
including postage via direct credit or cheque is received by mail,
& cleared.
Shoppping
Cart
Clicking the "Add to Basket" button adds products to
the shopping cart. You can see what is in your shopping cart on
the top-right of the web pages. This also shows the total cost.
The website remembers what you have in your cart between visits
to our site so if you do not have time to complete your shopping,
you can come back later & proceed to the checkout.
Checkout
process

Registration
If
you have not registered you will be asked to register. Your contact
details are needed in case we need to contact you about your order
& also so we know where to send the order. Your 'Billing address"
is where the products will be sent if you do not enter a separate
'shipping address'.
2.
Delivery information
If
you would like the products sent to a different location for example
if you are buying them as a gift, the shipping address will be
used. If none is entered it defaults to your billing address.
You can also enter special instructions about delivery such as
where to leave the products at the premises.
3.
Payment Information
This
is where you indicate if you want to phone/fax thru your order
OR pay by cheque (check) etc.
4.
Order confirmation
This
is where you can review your order & print off a faxable page
if you wish to fax through your credit card details. Clicking
the 'Confirm' button finalises your order & registers it with
us. Clicking the confirm button also sends an email to you with
details of your order. Please read the email and check that these
are correct. Add freight.
5.
Finished
On
this page you can print your order for your records and/or for
enclosing your cheque(check) & phoning through your order,
or setting up your direct credit.
